Programmes in the Commmunity

David Bash takes storytelling and storymaking into museums, schools, libraries, playschemes, cafes, bookshops, day centres, youth clubs, pre-school playgroups, synagogues, residential homes for the elderly and many other community settings.

"Everyone really enjoyed the sessions and it was wonderful to see the children so inspired to create their own stories. I have had some really positivefeedback from parents, with one commenting that she learnt a lot about constructing a story too." Hannah Richens (Principal Librarian: Children & Youth, London Borough of Barnet)

Perfomances for adults, children or families

These include a number of stories and usually run for an hour (or longer by arrangement).

Draw on David's unique 'Right Brain Method' (using individuals' own words and pictures) to enable all participants to create their own fully fledged stories on particular themes. These sessions usually run for one and a half or two hours.
