Performances consist of a number of stories and usually run for an hour or longer by arrangement.  Themes for performances can include: 

MYTHS AND LEGENDS - Tales from the dawn of time - drawn from Greek, African, Nordic, Indian and/ or many other sources 

STRANGE, DARK AND SUPERNATURAL- Stories that explore the darker, magical realms where good confronts evil and moral choices can lead to redemption or disaster (age appropriate)

WIT AND WISDOM - Thought provoking and sometimes humorous tales from many mystical and religious traditions,  gateways to deeper, hidden knowledge

TALES OF TIME - include legends and tales about the Sun and Moon from Islamic, Jewish,  Buddhist, Chinese and Native American traditions, as well as glimpses into the strange eccentric worlds of Julius Caesar and Pope Gregory (founders of our modern calendars)

MULTI-CULTURAL MIXTURE - Fascinating stories from many traditions, including the Brothers Grimm, Native American, Afro-Caribbean, Middle East and the Indian Sub-continent.

ANECDOTES, TALL TALES & UNLIKELY INCIDENTS - pure entertainment! 

SEASONAL STORIES - Selections of tales for each of the Jewish holidays and other important times, drawing on the special flavours and themes of these occasions

HISTORIC TALES -  brought to life before your eyes! (on request, please allow time for research)

Storymaking workshops (1½hr minimum), where every participant is enabled to create their own fully fledged narrative, can focus on many different themes. Here are a few examples:

A REFUGEE STORY - Imagine living through a refugee experience 

CREATE YOUR OWN FOLK TALE - filled with archetypal characters, quests and magic 

CREATING CHANGE, CHANGING CREATIVELY - through the medium of storymaking, participants are enabled to find their own creative responses to life-changing events
